The Mission of PAR is to evaluate expressive language skills and provide appropriate training for adults who speak English as a second language to increase proficiency of English language pronunciation and improve communication skills.

The instructor is based in the Mid-Peninsula of the San Francisco Bay Area. In person classes are in a mutually agreed location.

Clients outside this location may receive instruction through Skype.
